DATA
SOURCES AND COMPUTER SOFTWARE
Data is
obtained through various MLS memberships, CAD information and conversations
with buyers, sellers and agents in the areas in which appraisal work
is performed. Flood Zone data is obtained from an extensive library
of maps printed by the Federal Emergency Management Association, and
on microfiche. Our computer capabilities include Lotus 1-2-3, Excel,
Total 2000, and Microsoft Word, which are updated as new versions become
available.
